JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The Front Desk/Sales Support Admin is the first line of client-relations and sales presentation. The job encompasses ensuring customer satisfaction, helping meet pre-determined sales objectives, and thorough, accurate performance of designated administrative duties. Projecting a warm, inviting and trustworthy persona in customer support is the key responsibility of this position. Follow-through on delivering what is promised is imperative. Proficiency in computer operations is essential to access the necessary information and resources to best support our customers and our sales people.

SALES:

· Assist walk-in customers

· Answer telephone; screen and direct calls 

· Respond to online inquiries

· Set up appointments for sales associates (Outlook) and track leads (RFMS)

· Assist sales team as needed with client contacts, events, marketing, and social media posting

· Prepare product warranty and specification information for sales associates

· Track Sales Reps visits and organize informational meetings

· Follow-up with clients after contract has been fulfilled and completed

· Create and maintain loyal clientele through client-friendly service

· Engage in continual education about products and services including Product Knowledge presentations 


ADMINISTRATIVE:

· Coordinate Property Mgmt. Account Manager schedule 

· Coordinate Sales Associates estimating appointments

· Process down-payments and order requests

· Make installation reminder calls to customers

· Maintain and record all customer interactions

· Provide general administrative and clerical support

· Light bookkeeping and data entry

· Coordinate meetings and organize catering 

· Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies

· Help track samples and maintain showroom displays


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Excellent phone manner and comfort with multi-line phone system

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

· Proficient with MS Outlook/Calendar, Word and Excel 

· Must maintain a professional personal appearance

· Comfort with learning industry specific computing system

· Must be able to provide, understand, and complete instructions furnished in written, oral or scheduled form

· Able to multi-task and respond to all client communications in a timely manner (within 24hrs)


TIME COMMITMENT:

Must be available Monday through Friday, plus some weekend & evening dates. Position is a 40 hours/week hourly position with hours varying between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. 


LOCATION: 

Graham’s Flooring and Design is located in Loveland, Colorado. Employee will work in Loveland but must be open to travel in the Northern Colorado Region.
