JOB DESCRIPTION: The Office Administrator is the first line in client-relations and sales presentation. The job encompasses ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting pre-determined sales objectives, and the thorough and accurate performance of designated administrative activities. Projecting a warm, inviting and trustworthy telephone image is the key responsibility of this position. Follow-through on delivering what is promised is imperative. Excellent negotiation abilities to enable the customer’s fair pricing and fast service. Proficiency in computer operations is essential so as to access the necessary information and resources.

SALES: · Assist walk-in customers · Answer telephone, screen and direct calls · Assist sales team as needed · Recommend and sell the proper products for the client’s needs · Maintain and record all customer interactions · Follow-up with clients after contract has been fulfilled and completed · Maintain a loyal clientele through client friendly activities and a consistent referral system · Continual education about products and services including Product Knowledge presentations
ADMINISTRATIVE: · Take and relay messages · Coordinate Property Management/Account Manager schedule · Make installation reminder calls · A/R-Billing, payments, weekly calls and monthly statements · Deal with queries from the public and customers · Provide general administrative and clerical support · Light Bookkeeping · Help to maintain company social media presence · Coordinate meetings and organize catering · Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies · Prepare warranty and spec information for sales associates · File and track manufacture claims · Set up Lead Sheets for sales associates and track leads · Keep inventory pricing up to date in database and manage the E-commerce accounting · Maintain Showroom
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: · Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience · A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance · Reliable, tolerant, and determined · Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view · Must maintain a professional personal appearance · Proficient with Word and Excel · Must be able to provide, understand, and complete instructions furnished in written, oral or scheduled form · Respond to all client communications in a timely manner (within 24hrs)
TIME COMMITMENT: Must be available Monday through Friday, plus some weekend & evening dates. Position is a 40 hours/week hourly position with hours varying between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. LOCATION: Graham’s Flooring and Design is located in Loveland, Colorado. Employee will work in Loveland but must be open to travel in the Northern Colorado Region.
Pay: $35K, Non-exempt
